One of our core services is to redesign floor plans for the sell or letting process of a real estate. Our customers are market leaders and for them we create there marketing materials. It is our aspiration to deliver excellent work to boost up the sales process for our customers.
Description
For our office in Skopje, we are looking for an expert for the recreation of floor plans.
To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter and show great attention to detail.
Architect - full time Skopje
Responsibilities
- Redesigning of old floor plans or sketches to new ones
- Redesign of top and side views of real estate
- Redesign and creation of area plans
- Measuring wall sizes, thickness and square meters of existing plans
- Quality management of created floor plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design
- Strong knowledge in Architecture
- Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic German communication skills would be nice but not necessary
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
