Quality control Technician
Job role
As a member of the Nedcann team, the QC Technician would take active role in the process of controlling and maintaining the quality of medicinal cannabis growth and processed on-site. The position is accountable for development, implementation and ongoing participation of the quality control program and control systems in compliance with the Nedcann polices and procedures.
Hard Skills:
- Degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry;
- Relevant experience in quality control in the GMP area;
- Knowledge of various analytical methods (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, etc.);
- Knowledge of method transfer, validation, qualification, calibration as well as the applicable GMP guideline;
- Experience in development and updating of specifications, analytical methods and procedures relating to laboratory activities;
- Experience in development of sampling methods;
- Experience in validation of analytical methods according to ICH guidelines;
- Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
Soft skills:
- Structured working method and analytical thinking skills;
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills;
- Willingness to perform and good handling of stressful situations;
- High motivation and ability to work in a team.
