Reports to: Director - Train to hire
Office: Skopje
Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday / 07:30 – 15:45
 
Job Purpose:

As a Consultant – Recruitment at LEORON’s Train to Hire Service, you will be integral in executing recruitment strategies that align with client goals and help them achieve their hiring targets. This role demands a proactive approach to identify, attract, and onboard talent across various sectors, ensuring a seamless fit to the company’s and clients' cultural and operational frameworks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CRITICAL DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCES:
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience with both in-house and agency recruitment practices is advantageous.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support senior recruitment staff by sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and participate in job fairs.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment quotas and timelines.
  • Utilize recruitment software effectively to track applicants and report on recruitment metrics.

Managing Training Projects– possess knowledge in the sales process end toend, Instructional design and trainer recruitment, involvement of marketing, support of finance and operations teams, event management, understand the design and IT processes. - Fundamental

Communication and Presentation – knowledge of effective and appropriate communication and presentation patterns and the ability to use and adapt that knowledge in different workplace contexts. - Fundamental

Collaboration – work together as a Team, by applying adaptability and flexibility, towards a common goal that benefits the team and the organization, apply teambuilding and conflict management techniques, adaptability, and flexibility. - Proficient
