Small/Medium Account Manager
(for all regions in Macedonia: Polog, Southwest, Pelagonija, Vardarski, Southeast, East, Northeast)
Small/Medium Account Manager is Business Sales Agent, responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with business customers and be able to identify needs and requirements to promote company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company’s sales targets
- Customer acquisition
- Ensures quality of service and level of customer satisfaction according to our company standard
- Continuous penetration of the Business market with full scope of our Products and Services
- Organizes contacts, meetings and negotiations with Business customers
- Maintains current base of Business customers
- Solves customer inquiries and complaints
- Reporting of activities and results to superiors
- Continuously improves work procedures
- Realizes determined tasks, meeting deadlines
- Customer experience will be as an advantage
- Team-player with a sense of humor, flexibility, quick adaptability and hands-on-attitude
- Assertiveness and the ability to win the support of others
- Fluency in English (oral and in writing) an absolute must paired with excellent communications and presentation skills
- Willingness to go the extra-mile, to meet demanding deadlines and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Min 3 years’ experience in sales
- Valid driving license
