FINANCIAL BROKER
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM
- Work Arrangement: Permanent WFH
Any qualifications I need to succeed?
Education: Strong academic background
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in accounting, Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
Working Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in financial modeling
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate development or investment financial modeling
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
Soft skills:
- Strong work ethic and ability to support multiple projects in parallel and prioritize competing demands under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines.
Nice-to-have:
- Basis understanding of land use zoning and an ability to research site yield density and FAR via city general plans & specific plans

Prepare detailed and holistic underwriting for potential projects
- Identify appropriate rent comps
- Import rent rolls and operating statements into a proprietary excel model
- Make initial assumption recommendations
- Gather property specific & market information by researching a variety of sources including, industry, regulatory and economic information, demographic data, and property information
- Participate in ad-hoc projects.
