OFFICE ASSISTANT - GREEK SPEAKING PERSON
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to review, approve and finalize contract materials
- Grow accommodation provider business by identifying,vetting and performing due diligence
- Technical respond to administrative problems and enquiries
- Assistance in communication with stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal stuff by assisting Sales Team and Customer Care Team accordingly to the needs of the company
- Daily basis phone communication in Greek language
- Strong verbal and written Greek language
- Team work abilities
- University degree is a plus
- Excellent command in working with computers, MS Office and Web tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with each level of the company
- Self driven, who can spot challenges, suggest solutions and help improve processes
- Collaborative approach
