Remote Talent Acquisition Associate

At onecontact TECH, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Remote Talent Acquisition Associate, with proven communication  and organizational skills, with some experience in talent acquistion. This is an entry level position.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies/tactics to source the best candidates for technical positions in collaboration with the talent acquisition team
  • Cultivate appropriate strategy proactively to create talent pipelines for open roles by contacting candidates to determine interest
  • Source applicants through various channels which will enable you to succeed in this position


Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles
  • Some Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Understanding to technical terms and various technical job positions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of technical terms and some technical education or knowledge
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant Talent Acquisition experience
  • Excellent Spoken and Written English
     

Working Hours
10 AM - 6 PM Mon - Fri
