Како резултат на зајакнување на нашите деловни операции, во потрага сме по член на позицијата:
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling and administering the recruitment process for new employments, including announcements, registrations, search for adequate candidates, interviewing, as well as all other procedures related to the local employment process in line with Macedonian Labour Law and other HR related legislations;
- Administration of all employee records and all HR templates;
- Prepare employment contracts and contract amendments as guided;
- Advise line managers in HR related matters such as leave requests, sick leave, health checks, etc.;
- Respond to employee queries;
- Exit interviews including the execution of all employee exit procedures;
- Assisting Managers with policy development and implementation of training and HR policy;
- Handle new employees on-board process and orientation;
- Accurately update and maintain various spread sheets with regards to employee data;
- Maintain employee records in a confidential manner, create and maintain employee files;
- Managing payroll will assistance of external payroll consultant and coordination with Lyca Global Payroll;
- Proactive providing of ideas to the Country Manager for improving of the working environment and the corporate culture of the Company;
- Other duties as assigned by the superiors;
Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in HR management operations;
- University Degree;
- Knowledge of spoken and written English;
- MS Office and Outlook;
- Confidentiality;
- Time management;
- Attention to detail;
- Work in dynamic and friendly environment full with interesting challenges in telecommunications industry and international company;
- Work hours: 40 per week, Monday- Friday, 09-17
- Start: by agreement
