Sales Manager

Main job responsibilities:

• Retail sales planning including goal setting on customer acquisition, budgeting for requirement around manpower, system/tools/material etc to deliver the goals;
• Monitor progress on the agreed action plans and support field teams to deliver the same.
• Build backup plans where necessary to make up for shortfalls;
• Overseeing the field staff activities and performance;
• Training field staff members, developing the sales teams thorough motivation, counselling and product knowledge education;
• Promoting the organization and products;
• Developing processes that drive sales;
• Proactively identify risks to programs, innovate solutions to mitigate risks and escalate as required;
• Present high quality proposals and articulate ideas to senior leaders;
• Providing overall operational support;
• Carrying out all additional work obligations made by the company in accordance with the workplace and the professional qualifications.

Qualifications:

• University degree;
• English language- advanced, Albanian plus would be an advantage;
• Strong communication skills, result-oriented, ability to multitask, current knowledge of industry trends and regulations, organizational and time-management skills, leadership skills, excellent PC skills (especially MS Excel).
