SKILLS:
- Fair knowledge of English and Macedonian
- Level of knowledge:
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
- (Gain certificates in above categories is an advantage, but we would be satisfied if the candidate would have level of knowledge that covered all the areas in the mentioned categories. Any additional IT certificate would be taken in consideration)
COMPETENCIES:
- Strong communication skills, customer focused and proactive
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent team player
- Work under pressure with different clients and outsourcers in multitasking environment
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- First level support for all aviation systems that candidate will be trained for
- Troubleshoot all technology issues
- Install work stations, connect and set up hardware
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Maintenance of hardware units and peripheral devices
- Support end users (word, excel etc.)
- Network troubleshooting (Routing, Switching, Firewall, etc.)
- Implementation of passive network
- Knowledge of PBX (IP VOIP) technology would be a bonus
